With the authorization of a parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized individual—and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law—Mission Ready and Nova Supports may exchange relevant information when reasonably necessary to:

Mission Ready’s relationship with Nova Supports does not authorize either organization to use sensitive information for unrelated purposes. Information received from Nova Supports will be subject to Mission Ready’s privacy, security, access-control, and retention practices. Information disclosed by Mission Ready to Nova Supports will be subject to Nova Supports’ applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.
Authorization & Choice
When required, Mission Ready or Nova Supports will obtain written authorization before exchanging sensitive health, clinical, educational, biometric, precise-location, or other protected information.
An authorization may identify:
