Meet Our Director of School Services
CASEY GRESSMEN
Casey Gressmen started out as a special education teacher and has spent the years since finding ways to help individuals thrive in the classroom, at home, and in their communities. He's worked as a behavior analyst, a clinical director, and the founder of a private academic and behavioral program, always with the same goal in mind: helping people build the skills they need to succeed in the least restrictive environment possible. He holds a Master of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from the University of Utah and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
At Nova Supports, Casey leads the development of school-based services rooted in a simple belief — that intensive support should be a bridge to the classroom, community, and beyond, not a permanent placement, and that everyone deserves a clear path forward. Outside of work, Casey loves a good musical, never turns down time with a dog, and treasures time with his growing family.
